Managing Partners

I grew up just outside of Boston and at 19, set out to explore the nation on a Greyhound bus. My journey led me to Seattle in August 1980, where I instantly fell in love with the Pacific Northwest, and I’ve called it home ever since.
For over 30 years, I built and led a highly successful family law firm. Retired from active legal practice, I’ve entrusted the day-to-day management of my firm to an excellent team of managers and a dedicated CEO. This transition has allowed me to focus on my new mission: helping fellow attorneys who own their own law firms achieve financial independence through passive investments in multifamily real estate.
As attorneys, we often prioritize our clients and practices at the expense of our own financial freedom and work-life balance. I understand the unique challenges of running a law firm, which is why I’m passionate about creating opportunities for attorneys to diversify their income, build wealth outside their practices, and secure a more flexible future.
I leverage my decades of legal and business experience to source, analyze, and manage high-quality multifamily housing investments which offer strong potential for periodic disbursements, tax benefits, and stable, long-term returns. My approach is grounded in exhaustive due diligence, transparency, and a commitment to protecting the interests of my investors.
My “why” is simple: to help attorney-owners achieve financial security, fund their children’s education, and enjoy the freedom to pursue their passions—be it travel, hobbies, or more time with loved ones. On a personal note, I’m an avid tennis player. I also enjoy photography, numismatics, and traveling. My biggest accomplishment is being a proud father to a daughter preparing to head off to college. Born and raised in Washington, I bring tenacity, resilience, and a unique professional background to multifamily real estate investing. My experience spans the insurance industry—covering personal lines, commercial/small business, and claims—as well as time as a licensed elementary school teacher. This diverse expertise has honed my ability to assess risk, identify opportunities, and structure deals that maximize value.
As a goal-driven professional, I believe in working smarter, not just harder.
